The Credit
Card is charged approximately one month before the arrival date, in
order to guarantee your booking or immediately if the reservation
is made within the month of your arrival. Some hotels have different
Cancellation Policy if any special event or great fair coincide with
your reservation dates. Then we will inform you immediately. If the
credit card provided do not accept the total charge or is denied,
we can not guarantee your booking. When you are requesting for reservations,
you are accepting these payment and cancellation conditions.
* All cancellations will be subject to
20 Euros registration fee.
* Cancellations must be received no
later than 48 hrs prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received between 48 and 24 hours on the day prior
to the arrival date, will be subject to the 1st night cancellation
charge plus 20.00 Euros administration
charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours (1 day) prior to arrival are
subject to a
fee equal to the total reservation price.
The number of days prior to arrival applies to a business day only,
excluding weekends and holidays.

the total charge or is denied, we can not guarantee your booking.
When you are requesting for reservations, you are accepting these

Cancellation Policy - 48 hours
* Cancellations must be received no
later than 48 hrs prior to arrival date.
On Public holidays, Saturday and Sundays, cancellations must be
received no later than 12:00 hrs (local time), 48 working hrs prior
to arrival date.
All cancellations will be subject to a 20.00
Euros administration charge.
Cancellations received after 48:00 hrs on the day prior to the arrival
date, will be subject to the 1st night cancellation charge plus
20.00 Euros administration charge.

Amendments or Modifications
* Confirmed reservations that are amended
or modified in the same hotel, there will be no cost for the first
modification; more than one, will have an administration charge
of 20.00 Euros.
No Show / Non Arrival
If the client fails to arrive at the hotel, client will be subject
to a fee equal to the total reservation price. No refund. |
